Myrtle's Monsters ONLY works with those 18+, must be willing to provide a proof of this at the start of the commission, no exceptions.
Myrtle’s Monsters requires a minimum down payment of 30% of the total cost before work will be started on your project.
The customer is responsible for paying their total cost within six months of the project start, or commission can be dropped.
Total cost does not include shipping prices, which vary from region to region and this expense is the responsibility of the buyer.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate measurement for their commission, either in the form of measurements or a duct tape dummy (required for all full suit commissions). Myrtle's Monsters depends solely on the measurements you provide.
The customer cannot change the date of completion, this is left to Myrtle’s Monsters discretion, and added rush fees may apply if the customer requires the product before Myrtle’s Monsters given date of completion. Myrtle DOES NOT work on deadlines, so if you have a convention or event you'd like your costume for it is not a guarantee it will be completed by that date.
ALL DATES OF COMPLETION ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Myrtle's Monsters is run by real people with real lives, and are subject to illness and family emergencies like everyone else.
Myrtle works in an environment that animals come in contact with, so if you have any allergies these need to be disclosed to myrtle BEFORE the down payment takes place, we will then discuss whether or not the commission may work for you.
